I’ve been using the NeoMag Gen 2 for a bit now, and honestly, it’s hands down the best way to carry a spare mag. The build quality is awesome—it’s super lightweight but feels incredibly solid thanks to the aluminum backer and titanium clip, plus the rounded edges make it really comfortable to keep in my pocket all day. The coolest part is how it actually works. It uses these crazy strong double magnets that grab onto both my steel and Glock mags without slipping, and you can even adjust the angle of the clip so it fits perfectly in whatever pants you’re wearing. To anyone else, the clip just looks exactly like a normal pocket knife, which keeps it totally stealthy. Best of all, it’s just so easy to use. It gets rid of those bulky belt pouches entirely, and when I practice my reloads, the mag slides right off the magnet super smooth. If you EDC and want something low-key that actually works, I can’t recommend this thing enough!

I bought the Gen 2, with the extended pocket clip for .45 ACP Glock mags. Customer service 10/10. I have used it almost every single day since I got it in October of 25, and I have had no problems with it. The only two things I would say a potential buyer may think about is how big the base plate on your magazine is, and how tight your pants are. the Glock 10 round .45 acp magazine base plates are pretty thick and tall, so you need the extended clip, otherwise it will stick out of your pocket. If you wear pants that are tight fitting, due to the nature of having a magazine in your pocket, it may or may not be obvious that you have one in your pocket depending on the type of pants and color pattern of your pants. I have only tried double stack magazines, so a single stack mag may not be as much of an issue. I will be buying again.

I’ve been using the Gen 2 Neomag for over a week now and I absolutely love it! It is study, well designed, and extremely convenient. The only negative was the retainer clip was so strong, I had to bend it a bit to ease up the tension so I can more easily put it on.
I could not speak more highly of Neomag, as a product and as a business. I use it for work in Executive Protection.
